Freehold is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace, providing a platform for professional development and career growth. Since its inception in September 2011, the organisation has grown to encompass over 1300 members, including surveyors, asset managers, architects, developers, investors, accountants, planners, marketing professionals, property managers, and property lawyers from both the public and private sectors. IP has worked with Freehold on a pro-bono basis to highlight the work the organisation is doing within the property space and the strides they are taking towards a more inclusive London, positioning key Freehold spokespeople as thought leaders on topical matters within the LGBTQ community.
