We're looking for a creative and ambitious Junior Videographer & Multimedia Content Creator to join our growing team and help bring stories to life across digital, social and earned media channels.

 

The Role

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about video, photography and digital content creation. Working closely with the Creative Director and broader creative team, you'll support the creation of engaging multimedia content for clients and the agency across multiple platforms.

The successful candidate will be comfortable filming, editing and creating social-first content, while continuously developing their skills across video production, storytelling and multimedia content creation.

 

Irvine Partners is looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Videographer & Multimedia Content Creator based in Cape Town or Johannesburg.

We’re seeking a visual storyteller who lives and breathes digital culture. Someone who knows how to capture a moment, edit for impact, and create social-first content that stops the scroll.

 

As a Multimedia Content Creator, you’ll be trusted to:

  • Film and edit high-energy, social-first content across digital and earned media channels.
  • Support the production process from conceptual hook to final delivery.
  • Capture premium photography at high-profile events and client activations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and broader team to turn ideas into visual assets.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and content libraries to keep production seamless

We're looking for a talented Junior- Mid  Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals, a passion for visual storytelling, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.

 

The role

This creative will support our production team in developing compelling visual content for agency marketing, client campaigns, social media, presentations, reports and digital communications.

The successful candidate will have a strong eye for design, a willingness to learn, and the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging creative assets across multiple platforms.

 

Key responsibilities

Design & creative development: 

  • Design social media content and campaign assets across multiple platforms.
  • Create digital marketing materials including banners, infographics, email graphics and web assets.
  • Develop visual content for client campaigns, PR initiatives and integrated communications programmes.
  • Assist with concept development and creative ideation sessions.
  • Adapt and resize artwork across multiple formats and channels.
  • Support the creation of branded content, thought leadership reports and presentation materials.

Agency & client support: 

  • Design agency marketing materials, credentials decks and new business proposals.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with client brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Prepare final artwork and files for digital and print production.
  • Support multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Brand & quality control: 

  • Maintain high creative standards across all work.
  • Ensure consistency across campaign assets and brand applications.
  • Participate in creative reviews and implement feedback effectively.

Skills & experience

Essential: 

  • 1–3 years' experience in a graphic design role, internship in an agency environment.
  • Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Canva
    • PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work across both digital and print formats.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Advantageous: 

  • Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects).
  • Experience designing for social media platforms.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and content performance.
  • Experience working within an agency environment.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and securing impactful media coverage across multiple sectors. You’ll play a key role in shaping narratives, driving results, and contributing to the strategic growth of your accounts.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing alignment with their goals and expectations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships through regular updates, strategic counsel, and consistent value delivery.
  • Support the development and presentation of strategic communication plans and campaign reports.

Media Relations:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers across traditional and digital media.
  • Proactively pitch stories, news, and thought leadership pieces that align with client objectives and news cycles.
  • Monitor media trends and identify opportunities for relevant media placements.

Campaign & Strategy Execution:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel PR campaigns that include earned, owned, and shared media.

  • Draft press releases, briefing documents, media alerts, and other communication materials with precision and flair.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of PR experience, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to manage B2B, B2C, or Tech clients.
  • Strong understanding of the South African and Sub-Saharan media landscape, with international media knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong media pitching skills with a track record of securing high-quality media coverage.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
